Serenity Makadi Beach

Situated on a private beach, Serenity Beach Resort is a Moroccan-style resort 38 km south of Hurghada. It offers 5-star accommodation with Red Sea views with 5 swimming pools and 3 restaurants.

All the rooms include terrace or a large balcony with views of the garden, pool or the sea. They have modern wood furnishings and come equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and tea-and-coffee making facilities.

The resort has an Italian restaurant, Royal Lounge, pool and beach bars that offers refreshing beverages, and a discotheque. Sea Food menu available in all a la carte restaurants.

You won't be disappointed visiting this hotel.

Everything and also the staff was very good but Ahmed Saaed from the receiption team and Uwais who is the manager they both were exceptional.

Only 2 problems I encountered was the heater in my room was not hot enough. And the restaurant didn't have enough varity of choices.

Lovely place, beautiful gardens and great beach with reef for snorkling. And Mr Mohamed is an excellent host and was extremely helpful.

Good resort with delicious food

The food was delicious. We got a very romantic dinner in Royal Restaurant. The Asian restaurant was also delicious. The food was everywhere great. And it has a fun aqua park. Thank you so much Mr The Emad for making our stay so special.

Amazing experience. Highlight is definitely the lovely and attentive staff, they go out of their way to make you feel at home. The resort is beautiful and spacious, even with many people around it never feels crowded. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The food is good and varied. Highly recommended! I have been back a second time already :)

Excellent family holidays

We spent 10 days in the resort with our 3 and 4 years kids. The place is wonderful for family holidays. We stayed at the Serinity beach but we took our kids to the Luna Park and the Aqua Park of the Serinity Fun City twin resort regularly for no charge. Myself I took a diving course with the diving centre on the beach which was very convenient. The stuff is very friendly and the hotel is excellently managed, room was large and clean.

On the down side the hotel is a bit isolated and you will need ~30mins Taxi ride if you want to visit Hughada.

The staff are amazing and very helpful. The property view is wonderful. The variaties of the food were very good

Excellent trip and hotel experience

Excellent experience. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The hotel is exceptional in terms of customer service, facilities, catering in the main restaurant. All the staff are very helpful and friendly, starting from the check in till we checked out. Everyone is smiling, and supporting us in all our needs. For the kids, the hotel is an excellent choice, as of the number of pools, the safety of the beach, and the night kids shows.

- Food was perfect - Coral reefs and colorful fish (not common to find in Hurghada) - Pools were wonderful. - Staff were so friendly.

- The manager upgraded us nicely with a hard drink all...

- The manager upgraded us nicely with a hard drink all inclusive. - The staff and the food of the paid restaurant were amazing. We are thankful to them for how they allowed us to enjoy our evening. - The buffet, while not exceptional, was satisfactory for a few days. After you get bored. Croissants were not good at all.

- Rude staff, including the vice manager who was literally bargaining a 40% discount to silence our Booking.com review. - The bell man was pushing us to take a twin beds room although we booked a double. - 1 hour to get a room! - We were not allowed to walk by night on the jetty NOR to swing during day time. We don't book a flight and come here to be babysitted while swimming... - Full inclusive was only for soft drinks. We learned that only AFTER paying - None of the facilities indicated as "included " on Booking were free except the gym. - Alcoholic cocktails were disgusting as they were bought pre-made.

NO WI-FI BAD AC BUT GREAT STAFF AND MANAGEMENT

The staff was extremely nice and friendly. The view was wonderful. If they fix the WiFi and AC I'll definitely go back there

WiFi was BAD if you need WiFi don't come to this hotel. And the AC was not working and after complaining many time ( and they showed up everytime) but couldn't fix it. Then they say it's fixed temperature and this is all they can do :(

The hotel was very quiet, no loud music, very relaxing...

The hotel was very quiet, no loud music, very relaxing atmosphere. The pools are good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The gym was really good. The beach is clean and quiet.

The food was eatable, but not really tasty. Coffee was terrible. Internet was working only in the lobby, but not working in the rooms. Bed linen was clean but a little bit old. Snorkelling was not bad, but there was a terrible rusted rail on the bottom, right where you snorkel. It was extremely scary and ruined the whole experience! Please, take that rail out of the water!
